Purchasing with COBAINFLAME you agree to once the item has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number. We are no longer responsible for that item. We do not refund lost or stolen packages nor do we replace them. If there is a delay or issue with your shipment or address you will be responsible to contact the shipping agency. You also agree that you have read over the description of each product that was purchased as well as agreeing to the fact that you a aware that the photos of some products are promotional mock-ups and not the actual product. PHONE CASE WARRANTY

We offer a 14 day limited warranty on all phone cases, which begins on the date the order is marked as delivered.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues related to the product. If a problem is reported within the 14 day warranty period and verified by our team, we will provide a one-time replacement of the same item.

Please note:

• The warranty period is strictly 14 days from the delivery date

• This warranty provides replacement only refunds are not offered

• The replacement will be issued for the same model and design originally purchased

• Claims submitted after the 14 day period will not be eligible

To start a warranty claim, customers must contact us by filling out the contact form via the cobainflame.com website with their order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for all warranty claims.
